Im really sorry for the lack of reports! Either I've been so busy or the lack of fish catching has had me where I don't even want to look on the computer! But a good sign ha come of late! Stripers are finally getting out of their funk and on recent trips we've had them as big as 29lbs! Some trips we've had our chance to boat limits of stripers and they have all been pretty nice size! I still have plenty of GREAT Striper and Drum dates left through May! Give me a call!!!!!!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!
Just got a phone call and there is a monster birdplay going on right now is the area's I fish in the spring! So now fisnally it's happening!!!!!!
It seems like we are all waiting for a couple of things to happen! For one we are all waiting for this darn weather to stabilize and we are all waiting for the motherload to arrive to start booking trips! I understand why folks would do that, but you can't catch fish from sitting on the couch!!!! I still have a bunch of day's open in April! Also I plan on running a 3rd trip possibly if the fishing is good enough....it will be called a (Workmans Special) 4hr trip leaving the dock around 5pm or so! If you would like to be added to the call list for that trip, please contact me!
GET READY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3/24
Finally able to get on the water! With cooler air temps, means cooler water temps (39 degrees) But a few fish were bitting and we were able to connect on a couple! Both were around 27" and gave us good battles!!! I do know that there were some other fish caught and a few keepers too! With the weather going to warm up we should be good this up coming week....I still have a bunch of dates open in April Give me a call!!!!

3/17
Finally able to put the STALKER II to work! We did some searching, but finally on the chenge of the tide we were able to put some stripers in the boat! Big fish for the trip was a 23lb large for this time of year! With days warming up, the fishing will only get better! I still have dates open for March and also some open for April....you can see the open dates on the Schedule page on this site. Give me a call.......it's time!!!!!
3/5
Got some great news yesterday. The fish are already starting to show their faces! Report I got was that the stripers are so thick in the area's i fish in the spring that the commercial boats are leaving the area! All we need now is a few warm days in a row and we should be good to go! The boat is ready, keep an eye on my reports and let's have a great spring!
If you would like to fish with me, please call be ASAP....trips are going quickly!!!

Tic Toc Tic Toc.........can you hear that? it's the countdown to the spring striper season! The boat has been waxed. bottom painted and she is back in the water!!! I plan on going back up to Bayway Marina again for the spring run (just like last spring). I still have some really great dates open for Spring Stripers and Black Drum. I just updated the Schedule page today, so we are current! Keep an eye here daily from here on out, cause you never know, I've had them really good by March 8th in years past! Thank God winter is just about over!!!!!!
2/18
Well, we have been able to do a few winter seabass trips this winter! And fishing has been excellent!!!! But I'm ready for it to be over and for the stripers to be here in Cape May County!!!!! I just updated the Spring Schedule for stripers in Black Drum! 1/15
WINTER SEABASS!!!! It's been very good on every trip! We've had seabass to 7lbs, big blues, porgies and even had a tuna hooked for a while on the last trip! If you would like to fish for this tasty buggers, I will be fishing through February for them!

12/21(Winter Sea Bass Update)
I will be keeping the boat in this winter as the State will allow us to fish for Sea bass from Jan 1st - Feb 28th. The limit is 12 1/2" and 15 fish pp. I will not book these trips in advance as the weather will be the main factor....but if you would like to be added to my last minute call list please shoot me an email with your info and how many people you would have last minute! I will fish every fishable day!
12/21 (Stripers)
As I thought the fishing would hold up! It's be very good on most trips with a ton of fish coming over the rails! Both Spot and bucktails have been producing! Some trips are still seeing limit Catches, while others we are getting 1 Keeper pp and tons of shorts! Still alot of fun either way! I will continue to fish for stripers right through January I hope as there is still alot of fish in our waters!! Please look at my schedule and give me a call if you would like to fish for stripers next month! I'm also fishing Christmas Eve and the weather looks great, I have 3 spots open still as of now!
12/10
Just updated the fishing Schedule! Fishing has been good to very good on most trips...there have been a few slow trips, but the cause would be to the weather! Looks like warm weather the rest of December and we will fish until it gets too cold! Looks like well into January! Give me a call!!!
11/30
Sorry for the lack of reports.....I can assure you it's a good thing ;) I also just updted the sailing schedule! Call ASAP.....It's been and will continue to be very good through December!!!!
11/12 AM
Different story today on the outgoing tide! My group of 4 boxed 6 fish to 37lbs and also released one other one. We had a bunch of bites too!
PM Trip
Again the PM trip was decent! We were able to box 5 decent stripers and we also relased 4 to swim another day! ALOT of bites that didn't stay with us!

11/11 AM
Again the outgoing tide proved to be tough! Only managed 1 short.
PM Trip
And again the PM trip was better. My gang boated 4 stripers to 25lbs and also missed some others!
11/10 AM
SKUNK.....Not much to report.
PM trip
Armed with a different game plan for this one, we were able to put 4 nice keepers in the boat to 25lbs. We also missed a few fish...Decent trip and the weather was perfect!
11/5 AM
TOUGH conditions for sure! We only boated one, and the guys fished really hard too! Just need the right conditions!
PM trip
We had much better conditions on the second trip! Still rough, but atleast the tide and wind were together! We boated 3 nice big stripers and had a few other bumps!

11/4
Finally back on the water! Still though we had some tough conditions, but made the best of it! The big surprise that the first keeper bass of the fall fell for my bucktail! A nice 37" fish! We also put 2 other fish in the boat and the biggest was a nice big 32lb fish!

11/1
We made it through the storm! Thank Christ!!! This weather has really put a hurting on the fall fishing! We plan to start our offical striper run on 11/4....Today i had a few very good reports come in about fish to 38"! I also witnessed a guy on the Cape May Beach chasing stripers and they were blitzing on baitfish! It's Time!!!! Just updated the sailing Schedule as well! Give me a call!!!
Also my wife and myself would like to wish all the families well that have been affected by SANDY! I personally know that alot of my charter friends from north Jersey lost their boats, and some even lost their homes! God bless all that have been affected by this horrific storm!
10/22
Word of a few fish starting to trickle into the bay! Hopefully with the cooler nights the fishing will break wide open! I just updated the Schedule a few minutes ago! Hurry and give me a call!
10/14
Striper season is on our heels! I will be trying for them on 10/18 and 10/19 if anyone would like to try! Water temps are in the lower 60's right now!!!! It's not unusual to get them this early and on most years we certainly do! Also i just updated the Schedule page 2 minutes ago, so the dates you see are current! Give me a call today!
9/29
What a sad way to end our fluke season! I only fished 8 times for fluke in the month of September...some trips were great and other we just ok! But now as the weather changes each day we start getting out gear ready for the most exciting time of the year......striper season! Some years they show up the first week in October, but most years they show up between the 18th-20th or so! I just updated my schedule page,so everything is current! Get ready, know I am!
On a side note, I want to thank everyone that entered into the "Remembering Adam" fluke tourny on the STALKER II this summer! There were a ton of large fish landed, but none bigger then John Celestino's 8.1lber! Congrats John....you just won a private fluke trip for 2013 worth $810! Great job!!!
9/21
I'm ready for striper's! There has been tons of wind lately! We tried to fish today, but there was just too much wind and seas andwe cut the trip short! On recent trips we have seen as many as 23 keepers with alot of shorts! So the fluke are still out there if the weather will allow us to get there! I still have spots open the last 2 days of the fluke season! Remeber to book you striper trips soon....they are booking quick!
9/8
WINDDDDDDDY! But i did just update the Schedule and also added my fall striper dates too! Give me a call!!!!
9/2
Pretty good fishing today, but we had to run to get them! We boxed 22 keepers and had a ton of shorts! Looks like we may be doing 10hr trips the rest of the season if this keeps up!
8/25 - 8/28
WINDDDDY!!! It's killing me! I just updated the September Fluke dates! Still have some left! Give me a call...
8/7 - 8/24
Hey all. Sorry i haven't been on top of te reports! I've been super busy and fishing has been great for the most part! Most trips are seeing atleast 20 keeper fluke if not more and alot of acion to fill in the day!! Or course your gonna have your off days, but it hasn't happened much!
Big fish for the remembering Adam tourney is at 8lbs at the moment. But there is still plenty of time to get that big one!
Remember we are aloud to fish till September 28th this year for fluke. I still have some great dates left in September!
Also, striper season is right around the corner! Now is the time to book those trip's!
8/5
Hey all, sorry i have been lax on the reports but I've been s busy boy and the fishing has been very good on most days! I have plenty of openings for Fluke through September! It would be a great idea to call ASAP to book your slots for these trips! They will not last! Thanks
8/4
And they ate again! Boxed an early limit for for my people today! Big fish for the trip was 8lbs with alot of 4-6lb fish! It was crazy at times!

8/3
Tough conditions for us! We only boxed 7 k's and headed in early because of poor fishing.
8/2
Headed to a different area and we were right back on the meat! Boated a 5 man limit to 8.6lbs, which i caught on the last drift. Sure was alot of fun!

8/1
Carbon copy of 7/30!
7/30
Very tough conditions! Only boated 6 keeper fluke today...about 60 Tb's....
7/29
Headed right back to where we had the afternoon before and no one was disappointed! We boxed a 6 man limit of fluke and we were back to the dock before 12pm!

7/28
Did some moving around and it paid off today! Slow start in the morning, but the afternoon turned on and we boxed 22 solid keepers to 7.9lbs which is the current leader the the "Remembering Adam" Tourney.

7/23
Again condtions were tough on us. Only 15 keeper fluke today and abou 60 Throwbacks.
7/20
Conditions were not great, but we did find 18 keepers today along with about 80 throwbacks to keep us in the action.
7/19
Ran back to the grounds after a day off and had to do some looking around to find them, but it all came together around 10AM and we boxed an easy limit of fluke to 7.6lbs.

7/18
The Schedule is currently updated!
7/17
17 keepers for todays trip! Not insane action, but some solid fishing to near 8lbs! Still very good!

7/16
Wow, another limit of fluke on todays trip! We had to work and wait for the bite to happen, but it finally did! Just awesome!
7/14 (The Duke Of Fluke Tournament)
My crew consisted of my dad, my wife my buddy Mike (bird) and myself. Everyone was on the same page and fished their hearts out! When I say I wanted to win this year, that would be a understatement for sure....no one, and I mean no one wants to win more than me....but then again it's great to be fishing with greats friends and your family!
Arrived to the area where we would call home for the day a bit after everyone else..(only cause my boat isn't a rocket ship)
. We started fishing at around 8:45am. On the first drift
we had bites right outta the gate..but just 17-20" fish...nothing to big. About the 3rd drift
"Bird" gets a decent 3 plus pound fish that was nice and eventually would get bumped out of the top 5 for the boat.
That spot dried up, but I knew later it would turn on there.......
So we jumped around and boated a few more keeper sized fish, then my wife nails a good one around 4lbs plus or so. Then another good one hits the deck in the 4's. By then it was near
11am. I said to the crew...I'm going back over the first spot. We set back up and caught a
few fish....the second drift all hell breaks loose on the deck of the Stalker II!!! First my dad gets the bite of his life! I knew as soon as he hooked it, it was big. He fought it perfect and
got the first monster to the net...a 28" 8.11lber
Then just about 1 minute later my
wife is hooked up with a very solid fish that proved to be 6.3lbs. She dropped back down and
got snagged almost as soon as she hit the bottom. I handed her my rod and dropped another rod down that would have been hers and got slammed as soon as I touched bottom......the next 20 seconds felt like hours!!!
I had to back off the drag a tad because the head shakes were so violent! But I took my time and Bird netted him perfectly! Another moose hit the deck...this time a 28 1/2"er that was 9.1lbs and all of this on the same drift!
Overwhelmed with happiness I literally broke down into tears and cried like a baby as I was
moving back for another drift...."hence, no one wants it more than me"
!!!
So we debated on whether or not we should stay or get back for weigh in...We opted to get
going by 2pm and we were 3rd in line to weigh in. We thought about going for both single and 5 heaviest...with one more 6lb fish it would have been possible, but we made the call and it was the right one to put them in the 5 combined heaviest.
Our total weight for 5 fish was 33.30 lbs
I want to thank Tom from Bluefrog bucktails for getting me a speedy order...his bucktails did the trick! They were all over them!!!:thumbsup
Also wanted to say congrats to the crew from the Tuna Chick....you don't ever give up till the
end....they didn't and they pulled it off in the last hour of the tournament! Great job Capt Scott and crew! And also to the Admbomb crew for their second place winnings! Great job!
P.s.
A lot of people came up to me yesterday after the tournament and were telling me how great I am and all that. Well thank you, but ....I just really love fishing! Especially for fluke!!! I
know it's my job, but if I could never sleep and just fish non stop I literally would! My poor wife
Thanks everyone!

7/13
Again a limit was had! Some really great fishing is going on right now! 6.5lbs was the biggest of the trip!
7/10
Another insane day of fluke fishing for us! A 6 man limit was had again! I had my good friends on this trip. Mr Franz and Little Adam. They killed the flounder! Great trip guys!

7/9
We absolutely mohawked the tuna today! We jigged and chunked all of the fish! Ended the day with 20 bluefin to 90lbs, 7 yellowfin to 65lbs and 4 mahi to 30lbs!

7/8
Very good fishing even though we only had 16 keeper fluke! Alot of throwbacks and some nice seabass too!
7/7
Incredible action on todays trip! We had an easy 6 man limit...nothing huge, biggest was on 3lbs...alot of 18-19" fish...but that a really nice fish!
7/6
19 k's and about 80 throwbacks! Tons of great action!
7/4
SLOWWWWWW...only 5 keeper fluke today. No ryme or reason....Happy 4th!
7/3
Another decent day. !8 keeper fluke we put into the ice chamber of death on the STALKER II!!
7/2
Jim Mcnulty and Matt McCartys group nailed a limit on the Stalker II. About a 6lb fluke was the big fish! It's just beeen fantastic!

7/1
A bit slower today! Only pu 18 keeper fluke in the box, but the big fish was a 7lber! There are some really nice fish out there!

6/30
Yet another limit to 6lbs on todays trip! Fishing just can't get any better at this point!

6/28
Very good fishing today! We put a 6 man limit in the boat to 6lbs with numerous throwbacks

6/25
Rough and rain! But we did get 14 keeper fluke to the boat today!
6/21
HOTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!! But again very good fishing by the Jim Brogan gang! The guy's hang in there all day long and managed 25 keeper fluke to about 5lbs! We also had some keeper seabass for the box and plenty of other action all day long! It's very good right now!!!
6/20
WHAT A DAY!!! Got back on the deepwater fluke grounds after that wind for the first time, not knowing if the fishing would be any good at all???!!! Well, there was nothing to worry about! We put a 5 man limit of fluke in the boat to 9lb 28"! We also put 20 keeper seabass in the boat as well!

6/18
The weather has been terrible! This may be the worst stretch of weather in the 11 yrs that I've been a Captain! Looks like I will be getting out again Wednesday. On a side note I would like the say how sorry I'm am for my wife and her family for the lose of their Grandmother / Mother! R.I.P. Gigi 6/16/12
6/11
With impending weather on its way we snuck in a short trip this morning! Fog was bad and the fish weren't to hungry.. We did pick at them for about an hour, putting 7 in the box and a bunch of shorts. Should be good after this NE Blow!
6/10
The Roy Kimble group fished today and we had fish right from the get go! We ended up boxing 19 keeper fluke to 7.5lbs which is the current "Remembering Adam" tourney leader! We also had a few seabass in the mix as well as a bunch of throwback fluke to keep us in the action!

6/8
Flounder Season starts! Not a slammer trip, but we did put a decent catch together of fluke and seabass. Action was had throughout the trip nd with the water temps as warm as they are it should be on fire shortly!
6/2
FYI. I have to raise the prices on the Summer Fluke trips to $135pp or $810 for a private trip. I did have that up near the rates that it might happen. Instead of charging for bucktails, it will be just a combined surcharge for bucktails and fuel! So if you have already booked a trip before today your $5 or $30 has been added on to your trip!!!
5/17
Fished last night and we boated 2 drum to 50lbs. We did have 4 other solid hookups that just came off. You could hear them drumming for 4 hours straight.
5/14 AM
2 stripers was all...The fat lady is singing I think with the stripers. Water temps are in he mid 60's.
5/12 AM
Bass to 47lbs today! WE put 9 big ones on the deck and should have had a 6 man limit. Very good!
PM Drum
Another good trip! We boated 10 Drumfish to 75lbs and lost about 5 others. Again you could hear them really good...but tonite they were hungry!
5/11
Ran Drum this afternoon. Again you could hear them drumming hard...again only 2 were had! They're there though!
5/7 AM
Slow pick on the stripers. We did manage 3 for the box and the new leader for the Remembering Adam tourney at 31lbs.
PM Drum
You could hear that drum beating all night! We did get 2 in the boat with some other misses...guess they were doing their thing?!?
5/5
Fished in the No Bones Fluke tourney with Bird and Mike. We boated a 3 man limit of fluke to 5.9lbs and on th tourney! We also had about 60 Tb's. I'm so ready for deepwater Fluke!
5/4 AM
Few bites on todays trip. We did boat 4 stripers to 28lbs and missed a few others.
PM
Ran our first Black Drum trip of the year this today. It looks like the bite will be decent because we boated 7 to 40lbs. Not bad for the first trip of the year!
5/3
SKUNKKKKKKKKK ???????????
5/2
slow bite today. Only boated 1 bass that ws 38". ?????
4/30
Long ride again. 8 in the box to 25lbs. Some other misses too!
4/29
Little too much wind to make the long ride, so we stayed close to home. We did well, putting 6 nice fish in the box to 24lbs. We also missed 7 others.
4/28
Nice pull of fish! Limit and tags were had! Big fish for the day was 25lbs and alot of 15-20lbers. Long ride, but it's worth it for sure!
4/25
Again we made a very long run to the fish, but againit did pay off! We put 9 nice big stripers in the box to around 38". We had some other chances and could have had a boat limit, but you can't always get them all! Great day, great crew and awesome wreather..can't ask for more!
4/21
Headed back up to where the bite has been and found tht the water was much dirtier then the day before. But we did manage to pick away at them and put 4 nice fish in the box with some other misses.
4/19
Again went the gusto and again my guys were not disappointed! Another limit of post spawned bass to 29lbs. Just very good fising right now!

4/18
Went for the gusto and it paid off big time! Easy limit with bonus tags included! The guys had a blast and a new leader on the "Remembering Adam" has set the bar at 30lbs...They're here!

4/16

4/6
Stayed close to home and managed to go 4 for 7 and on fish up to 21.2lbs..a new leader for the STALKER tourney!
4/5
Ran right back to the same spot from the day before...And found faster tides and dirty water. We did put a couple in the boat after several moves...But atleast we saved the day!
4/4
Went for the gusto and found it! Limit plus a bonus tag for 6 guys and left them biting! Big fish for the trip was a 21lb which is in the lead for the Remembering Adam tourney that we are having on the STALKER this season!
