Deposits or payed in full trips are non-refundable!!! If your trip is cancelled for any reason (Weather or Poor fishing), as determined by the captain, the trip must be rescheduled. Deposits not used during a calender year will be carried over to the next year. The deposit can be used on any type of trip at any time of year in New Jersey. The Charter must give notice of cancellation one month prior to trip or the deposit will be forfieted. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a private trip date and a $25 deposit is required to reserve a open boat date. In the event the trip is cancelled due to weather, as determined by the captain, the trip will be rescheduled. Liquor and illegal drugs are not permitted. Beer is permitted in moderation, though glass bottles are not. If a member of the charter becomes intoxicated, as determined by the captain, after departure, the trip will be cancelled and we will return to the dock with no refund to the charter. Any person carelessly damaging the vessel or its equipment will be responsible for repairs and/or replacement costs The Charter or group's are responsible for their own food and beverages. No Cigars to be smoked onboard!!! Please, NO black soled shoes! Children under the age of 12 must wear a life vest!
